Inside Sales - Internship
Anacon Process Control
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Generating outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online channels
to introduce the company and identify potential requirements.
2. Qualifying leads based on industry, application, and purchase intent.
3. Recording all interactions and follow-up actions clearly.
4. Following up regularly on pending leads and enquiries to ensure no
opportunity is missed.
5. Conducting basic market research to identify new prospects.
6. Maintaining and consolidating all sales and customer data into a single,
well-structured database.
7. Collecting, cleaning, and regularly updating information related to
customers, enquiries, products, industries, and contact details.
8. Managing and tracking incoming enquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART,
TradeIndia, and the company website, ensuring timely and accurate responses
using approved templates.
9. Preparing simple daily or weekly activity reports.
10. Coordinating closely with the sales and technical teams to route
qualified leads and support ongoing sales activities.
