Industrial Trainee - Internship

Role Overview:

Support the investment banking team across live mandates, pitchbook creation,
industry research, and financial analysis. This internship offers hands-on
exposure to M&A, PE, ECM, and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pitchbooks, client presentations, and deal marketing materials
• Conduct industry and company-specific research and benchmarking
• Support financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions)
• Track deal execution timelines and maintain internal databases
• Coordinate with various teams (Legal, Compliance, Research) as needed
