Import Export Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. International Sales & Business Development
1. Identify and target potential international clients to expand the
company's global

3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export revenue
goals.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships for sustained business
growth.
5. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to maximize profitability.

B. Import-Export Operations
1. Manage complete export-import operations, including documentation,
shipping, and customs clearance.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and customs
regulations.
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs agents to
ensure smooth

5. Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or documentation
discrepancies.

C. Market Research & Analysis
1. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor
trends.
2. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing and sales
strategies.
3. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, export market trends, and
operational efficiency.

D. Client Communication & Support
1. Serve as the primary contact for international clients, addressing
inquiries and providing quotations.
2. Offer post-sales support and maintain professional correspondence for all
transactions.
3. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through efficient service and
timely updates.

E. Documentation & Compliance
1. Prepare, review, and manage export documents, including commercial
invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
2. Maintain accurate compliance with DGFT, customs, and Export Promotion
Council requirements.
3. Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and tariffs.
