Human Resources - Internship

About the Internship:

We are hiring young and passionate individuals who are eager to explore the
dynamic field of Human Resources and Recruitment.
As a Recruitment Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end
hiring process, interact directly with potential candidates, and play an
active role in building the company's talent pipeline.

Internship Details:

Duration: 2 months
Mode: Remote
Stipend: Up to 1000 per candidate selected/performance-based incentives
Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Working Hours: Flexible work hours

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
and shortlisting candidates from various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri and
Internshala.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases in Google Sheets or HRMS tools,
tracking application status, interview feedback, and offer details.
4. Draft and post job descriptions across multiple online platforms to
attract suitable talent.
5. Support onboarding activities such as document verification, welcome
emails, and orientation assistance for new hires.
6. Contribute to policy and compliance documentation, such as attendance
records, leave tracking, and maintaining HR-related files in an organized
manner.
