Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing
necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs for employees to
enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing
feedback from employees and managers.
5. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure compliance with company
policies and regulations.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling
meetings and preparing reports.
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects to
support the overall goals of the department.
