Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Talent Sourcing
1. Find and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and
referrals.
2. Create engaging job posts and proactively reach out to potential
candidates.
B. Screening & Coordination
1. Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
2. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
C. Employer Branding
1. Support recruitment campaigns and events that highlight company culture.
2. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the organization's employer
brand.
D. Reporting & Collaboration
1. Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress.
2. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to achieve hiring objectives.
