Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calling to reach potential candidates and share job
opportunities.
2. Source candidates through multiple channels, including Naukri.com,
LinkedIn, and other job portals.
3. Maintain and update the candidate database for future reference and hiring
needs.
4. Record and track candidate referrals and received references.
5. Coordinate with the HR team to schedule interviews and follow up with
candidates.
6. Assist in shortlisting resumes as per job requirements.
7. Support the team in maintaining daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
8. Contribute to employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.
