Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Sourcing & Screening
1. Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.),
social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes to match role requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
B. Interview Coordination
1. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Ensure a smooth candidate experience by handling logistics, reminders, and
follow-ups.
