Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening
candidates.
2. Maintain and update the candidate database.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
4. Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Manage HR documentation and record-keeping.
7. Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices.
8. Prepare reports and presentations related to HR activities.
