candidates.

3. Performance management: Oversee employee performance appraisals, feedback
sessions, and training programs.
4. Market research: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and
competitive strategies.
5. Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain
clients.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
