Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings,
screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Support HR team in organizing and coordinating training sessions and
workshops for employees.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS-Office and MS-
Excel.
4. Draft and proofread HR documents, including offer letters, performance
evaluations, and policies, utilizing strong English proficiency skills (spoken
and written).
5. Handle email management by responding to HR-related queries and scheduling
appointments.
6. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and
events.
7. Collaborate with team members on special HR projects and initiatives to
support the overall HR strategy.
