1. Assisted in end-to-end technical recruitment for IT roles (Developers,
Data Engineers, Cloud, etc.)
2. Created and posted job descriptions across multiple platforms
3. Sourced candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals using
Boolean search
4. Screened resumes for relevant technical skills and experience
5. Coordinated interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Maintained candidate data and hiring progress in the ATS
7. Supported offer rollouts and onboarding processes
8. Gained exposure to tech stacks like React, Node.js, Python, AWS, and
DevOps
