Human Resources (HR) - Internship

We are launching the Zippee HR Internship Program (0-1 years of experience) to
help make Zippee: The Best Place to Work At. This program is designed to give
you front-row exposure to how culture, talent, and people practices are built
at one of India's fastest-growing Quick Commerce startups.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership to build a high-
performance, inclusive, and execution-first culture.
2. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to recruit and onboard new hires across
levels.
3. Lead employer branding, onboarding/offboarding, and employee engagement
initiatives.
4. Run performance review cycles and share insights with management to drive
org-wide excellence.
