Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the
organization.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards.
5. Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings for
potential hires.
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top
talent.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and
initiatives.
