Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job
roles, and expectations.
2. Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions using various
platforms and databases.
3. Ensure the right candidate is matched with the right opening, while
working towards achieving monthly hiring targets.
4. Educate candidates about job roles, company details, interview process,
and employment terms.
5. Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic or virtual
briefings before interviews.
6. Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for interview rounds by guiding
them on expectations.
7. Provide end-to-end handholding support to candidates until they clear
interview rounds.
8. Ensure delivery of minimum 10 successful joiners per month as per client
requirements.
9. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring
lifecycle from CV submission to final joining.
10. Support internal recruitment tasks and assist with HR operations when
required.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aligned with
company goals.
11. Ensure ethical recruitment practices by providing job opportunities to
job seekers free of cost.
