Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling
interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and
development programs.
3. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing and maintaining personnel
records.
4. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through effective
communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as performance
management and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Contribute to the maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to expand your knowledge
and skills in the field.
