Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Managing the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and calling
candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews.
2. Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring requirements and
role expectations.
3. Assisting in shortlisting candidates, maintaining applicant databases, and
tracking interview progress.
4. Handling offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
5. Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the
process.

B. Staff Management & Operations:
1. Maintaining daily employee records, including attendance, punctuality, and
leaves.
2. Tracking employee performance, behavior, and workplace decorum.
3. Supporting in maintaining discipline and team culture within the
organization.
4. Recording and reporting employee grievances or misconduct, if any, to
senior HR.
5. Helping organize team engagement activities and assisting in internal
communication.

C. Documentation & Compliance:
1. Maintaining HR files, employee records, and digital databases accurately.
2. Assisting with preparation of HR reports, offer letters, NDAs, and other
official documents.
3. Supporting compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
