Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, and internal
databases.
2. Screen resumes and support preliminary candidate evaluations.
3. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain structured communication with
applicants.
4. Prepare and update recruitment reports and entries on ATS or Excel
databases.
5. Support HR documentation, such as offer letters and record management.
6. Provide general administrative support related to recruitment activities.
