Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and source potential candidates through various channels and
databases.
2. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening,
scheduling, and follow-ups.
3. Post openings and manage candidate pipelines using various job portals and
recruitment platforms.
