Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience
for new hires, coordinating documentation and induction programs.
2. Offboarding Support: Provide operational support for seamless offboarding
processes, maintaining employee records with accuracy.
3. HRMS Support: Assist in updating and maintaining the HR management system
with real-time data and employee records.
4. Leave Management: Monitor and manage leave applications, ensuring
compliance with company policies.
5. Employee Engagement Support: Assist in planning and executing engagement
initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with Qapita's values.
