Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. >. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and
referrals.
2. >. Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
3. >. Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
4. >. Support onboarding process - documentation, induction, and joining
formalities.
5. >. Maintain and update employee databases.
6. >. Support in maintaining attendance and leave records.
7. >. Help with payroll-related inputs.
8. >. Prepare HR-related MIS reports (recruitment status, employee
engagement, attrition, etc.).
