Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at LifeChanged Consultancy, you will have the
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work
environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support various
functions and projects, while enhancing your skills in MS-Office and MS-Excel.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth
transition for new hires.
3. Help with employee training and development initiatives, including
tracking training completion and maintaining records.
4. Participate in HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and
updating employee files.
5. Contribute to employee engagement efforts through organizing events,
surveys, and recognition programs.
6. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and
inquiries.
7. Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to
support the overall goals of the department.
