HR Intern Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate candidate communication and maintain interview records.
Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction sessions.
Employee Records & Database Management
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, personal files, etc.).
Help in organizing HR data in spreadsheets or HR software.
Ensure all records are accurate and confidential.
HR Operations & Administration
Support daily HR operations and assist with employee queries.
Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and employee certificates.
Help manage leaves, attendance, and payroll data collection.
Engagement & Culture
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Collect feedback and help in executing employee engagement surveys.
Compliance & Policy Support
Help ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining statutory documents and compliance records.
Learning & Development
Support training coordination and logistics.
Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
Research & Reporting
Conduct HR-related research (e.g., best practices, benchmarks, trends).
Prepare reports and presentations for management when required.
