Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening,
interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain HR records including employee files, attendance, and leave
management.
Administer payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and HR
documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and
organizational initiatives.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Scheduling Team Meeting and performance reviews.
