Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update recruitment databases and job boards
4. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
