Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening

employees.
3. Assist in performance management processes and provide support in employee
development.
4. Collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day operations and projects.
5. Support in employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a
positive work culture.
6. Assist in team management, coordination, and collaboration across
departments.
7. Utilize digital marketing tools, such as Canva and Zoho CRM, to create
engaging content and presentations for internal communications.
