Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates to assess their
qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Coordinate and assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including
collecting necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry,
file management, and creating reports.
5. Utilize MS Office tools, including Word and Excel, to organize and
maintain HR-related documents and data.
6. Communicate effectively with candidates and employees, demonstrating
strong written and spoken English proficiency.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to
enhance our HR processes and practices.
