Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a human resources (HR) intern at Butterfly Learning's company, you will
have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, effective
communication, and MS Excel skills. Your role will involve supporting the HR
team in various tasks, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting
interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes. Your proficiency in written
and spoken English will be crucial in maintaining clear and professional
communication with candidates and team members. Your strong interpersonal
skills will also be essential in building relationships with stakeholders.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications
and fit for the position.
3. Support in coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates and
providing feedback to the HR team.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in MS Excel for easy
reference and tracking.
5. Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting
orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
6. Participate in HR meetings and discussions to gain insight into various HR
functions and processes.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to
contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
