Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on critical HR processes such as job description (JD) creation.
2. Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning & development
(L&D).
3. Mapping competencies across PAN India locations.
The candidate will gain extensive exposure to the core and strategic functions
of HR in a manufacturing industry setup. This opportunity will allow the
candidate to understand how HR drives business success through structure,
process and people capability.
