Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Yotta Edutech Private Limited, you will have the exciting
opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will
involve various responsibilities including recruitment, training and
development, team management, collaboration, coordination, leadership,
operations, human resources, Microsoft 365, employment engagement, performance
management, social media marketing, teamwork, automation, Canva, and Google
Forms.

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting
interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
2. Support the training and development initiatives by organizing training
sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
3. Manage and lead teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration,
and goal achievement.
4. Coordinate various HR activities such as employee engagement programs,
performance management processes, and policy implementation.
5. Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote employer branding and
attract potential talent.
6. Work on automation projects to streamline HR processes and improve
efficiency.
7. Create engaging visual content using Canva and collect data through Google
Forms to support HR operations.
