Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Syndicate Academy, you will have the opportunity to enhance
your skills in recruitment, effective communication, talent management, MS
Excel, and spoken English proficiency. Your role will be crucial in supporting
the HR team with various tasks and projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling
interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support in talent management activities such as onboarding, training
coordination, and performance evaluations.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to create and maintain HR reports, analytics, and
databases.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and
coordination within the department.
5. Engage in various HR projects to gain hands-on experience in different
areas of HR functions.
6. Participate in employee relations activities and assist in resolving HR-
related issues.
7. Enhance your English proficiency by actively engaging in spoken
communication with team members and potential candidates.
