Human Resources (HR) - Internship

DIYguru Mobility Pvt Ltd is a leading edtech platform focusing on Electric
Vehicle (EV) and autonomous vehicle training, enabling upskilling for India's
mobility workforce. We partner with universities, corporations, and
individuals to provide industry-relevant courses and certifications. We are
seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR intern (placement coordinator) to
assist in the coordination and execution of our placement activities. As an
intern, you will work closely with the HR team to bridge the gap between our
students and placement opportunities, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with diverse companies to secure
placements and internships for students.
2. Act as a liaison between students and employers, ensuring clear
communication and a smooth recruitment process.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with companies and candidates.
5. Maintain and update placement data, job postings, and other recruitment-
related information.
6. Assist in developing relationships with companies and identifying new
opportunities for student placements.
7. Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee
records.
