Human Resources (HR) - Internship

About the Role
The HR Apprentice will support the Corporate HR team in executing key HR
processes and initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR
functions, including talent management, employee engagement, HR operations,
and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating
with candidates.
Organize employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
Assist in HR reporting and analytics for management reviews.
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
Must Have Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and MS Office
(Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
