Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources intern at WorkStrive Technologies Private Limited, you
will have the exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge of effective
communication and recruitment strategies in a real-world setting. Your key
responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening
resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and
develop job descriptions.
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, as well as facilitating the
feedback process between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Participating in onboarding activities for new hires, including
orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
5. Assisting with employee relations activities, such as performance
evaluations and conflict resolution.
6. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement
programs and diversity initiatives.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including
maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
