Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources Intern at Linguisthubs, you will have the opportunity to
enhance your skills in interpersonal communication, HR practices, and
utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Word. Your role will require strong English verbal
and written proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling
interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support HR team in onboarding process, including preparing necessary
documents and organizing orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
4. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and
events.
5. Support in conducting training sessions and workshops for staff
development.
6. Assist in performance management processes, including tracking employee
goals and providing feedback.
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to
gain hands-on experience.
