Human Resources (HR) - Internship

At Fission Infotech, hiring is not a support function- it's a growth function.
We're looking for a sharp, curious, and driven HR intern who wants real
exposure to startup hiring, not just theory. You'll work closely with HR
managers, hiring managers, and leadership to help build high-impact teams. If
you enjoy understanding people, spotting potential, and moving fast, this role
is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deep-dive into job descriptions and truly understand what each role
demands
2. Actively participate in the initial talent screening rounds
3. Screen resumes for basic eligibility, role alignment, and skill fit
4. Shortlist candidates and maintain clean, updated hiring trackers
5. Schedule interviews with hiring managers, HR managers, and the CEO as
needed
6. Coordinate seamlessly between candidates and internal stakeholders
7. Research candidate profiles beyond resumes (LinkedIn, portfolios,
background signals)
8. Support the HR team in fast-paced, real-world hiring decisions
