Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end hiring and exit process of different teams.
2. Supporting the hiring process by preparing recruitment materials and
posting jobs on job portals and social media.
3. Screening the candidate's resume and job applications; conducting cold
calls and initial telephonic interviews for information gathering.
4. Conducting tests to assess the competencies and skillsets of candidates.
5. Coordinating with staff and projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
6. Preparing reports relating to HR activities like staffing, recruitment,
training, grievances, performance, and evaluations.
7. Preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates.
8. Conducting onboarding formalities for new hires.
9. Conducting initial orientation and assisting in documentation and
onboarding activities of new joiners.
10. Leading and managing a team to ensure effective collaboration and task
execution.
