Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a human resource intern at Budding Mariners, you will have the exciting
opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to the growth and
success of our company. Your role will involve recruitment, effective
communication, English proficiency (spoken and written), interpersonal skills,
MS-Excel, email management, email marketing, management, teamwork, file
management, and a database management system.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting
interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-
to-date.
3. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling
meetings, organizing files, and managing databases.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and send out email campaigns
to potential candidates.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and
satisfaction.
6. Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the
overall HR objectives of the company.
