Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for human
resources? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Human
Resources intern at Ecoste! As an intern, you will have the chance to gain
valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR
administration.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting
interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, including preparing offer
letters and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote
a positive work culture.
4. Update and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies
and regulations.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling
meetings and managing HR documents.
6. Assist in conducting training sessions for employees on HR policies and
procedures.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to
support the overall goals of the HR department.
