Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Talent acquisition support:
1. Schedule interviews across time zones
2. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
3. Assist in sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal ATS
4. Maintain candidate data and track progress in ATS
B. HR operations & documentation:
1. Support onboarding activities for India and global teams
2. Prepare HR letters, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and trackers
C. HR analytics & reporting:
1. Help prepare weekly/monthly HR dashboards (attendance, hiring updates,
exit trends)
2. Assist with data validation and consolidation for multi-country reporting
D. Global HR projects:
1. Coordinate on global initiatives for the US, UK, SA & India
2. Prepare presentations, SOPs, and project documentation
3. Provide research support for HR best practices and benchmarks
