Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, provident fund (PF),
and statutory compliance.
2. Assisting in Performance Management System (PMS) activities.
3. Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
