Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to support our human
resources team in daily HR operations. The intern will gain practical exposure
to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation while
working closely with the HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening resumes
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
3. Maintain and update employee and candidate records
4. Support onboarding and induction of new employees
5. Help prepare offer letters and HR related documents
6. Assist in recruitment drives and hiring activities
7. Support employee engagement and internal communication
8. Help maintain attendance and leave records
9. Assist with general HR administrative tasks
10. Ensure confidentiality of employee information
