Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting
orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
3. Aid in employee relations activities by assisting with performance
evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Help maintain HR records and databases accurately and confidentially.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to
enhance overall HR functions.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve
HR processes.
