Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Intuino Business Consulting India Private
Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-
paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR
team in various administrative tasks, while also providing valuable insights
and assistance in recruitment, employee relations, and training and
development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling
interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Managing employee files and ensuring all documentation is up to date and
in compliance with company policies
3. Participating in the onboarding process for new hires and assisting in
orientation programs
4. Supporting employee relations activities, including organizing team-
building events and addressing employee concerns
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for
employees at all levels
6. Conducting research and analyzing data to support HR initiatives and
decision-making
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to
support the overall goals of the department
