connections? No Fluff is looking for an HR intern (talent acquisition) to join
our team in Mumbai. This internship goes beyond just screening resumes. You'll
get hands-on experience in spotting talent, shaping candidate experiences, and
supporting HR initiatives that actually matter.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews,
and managing candidate communication.
2. Supporting onboarding and documentation to create smooth first-day
experiences.
3. Contributing to HR branding initiatives to showcase No Fluff's culture.
4. Maintaining HR records and helping streamline processes.
5. Collaborating on HR projects to improve engagement and culture.
