Human Resources (HR) - Internship
FloSync
As an HR Intern at FloSync, you'll work closely with the founding team to
execute and manage the complete hiring process for our early-stage team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Headhunting & Talent Sourcing - Identifying potential candidates through
LinkedIn, university networks, and professional groups aligned with FloSync's
hiring needs.
2. Screening & Shortlisting - Reviewing applications, evaluating fit, and
maintaining structured candidate data.
3. Coordination & Scheduling - Managing interview calendars, ensuring smooth
communication between candidates and interviewers.
4. Outreach & Communication - Drafting outreach messages, following up with
prospects, and representing FloSync professionally to all candidates.
5. Onboarding Support - Assisting in documentation, onboarding formalities,
and creating a seamless joining experience for new hires.
6. Process Execution - Working within FloSync's hiring framework to ensure
each step from sourcing to onboarding is completed with precision and
attention to detail.
7. Continuous Improvement - Sharing insights on candidate responses, sourcing
challenges, and process improvements.
You'll get to see how startups build their founding teams, understand hiring
dynamics from the inside, and learn structured recruitment practices in a
fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
