Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As part of the Earth5R team, you will contribute to creating a sustainable,
people-focused workplace by assisting across key HR and operational functions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Play an active role in attracting and
welcoming new talent by assisting in resume screening, interview coordination,
and onboarding activities.
2. Team Culture & Engagement: Support efforts to build a vibrant and
inclusive work culture through internal engagement activities, wellness
initiatives, and community-driven events.
3. Employee Development: Assist in planning and managing learning sessions,
workshops, and skill-building programs aligned with our environmental and
organizational goals.
4. HR Operations & Data Management: Help keep team documentation, databases,
and HR records up-to-date and well-organized.
5. Performance Insights: Contribute to feedback collection and performance-
related documentation to help enhance employee growth and performance
initiatives.
6. Outreach & Research: Conduct surveys, gather insights from past interns,
and research best practices to strengthen our programs and collaborations.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure the
smooth execution of daily operations and cross-functional support.
