Human Resources (HR) - Internship

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who brings prior
experience in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your HR expertise in a
dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with senior HR
professionals to support end-to-end HR functions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
interviews.
2. Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
3. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
4. Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
5. Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity,
etc.).
6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per organizational and
legal standards.
7. Coordinate engagement initiatives, feedback sessions, and HR activities.
8. Support internal communication drives and HR announcements.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. MBA / Master's Degree in HR or related field.
2. Prior experience in HR roles such as Executive / Assistant in recruitment,
compliance, or operations.
3. Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance
requirements.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
