Human Resources (HR) - Internship
Confederation Of Global Innovators (CGI)
We are a purpose-driven NGO committed to creating a positive social impact
through various community outreach programs and initiatives. As we continue to
grow, we are seeking a dedicated HR intern to support our human resources
operations remotely.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes,
and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation
3. Support onboarding and induction of new volunteers or interns
4. Help coordinate internal communication and engagement activities
5. Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as job descriptions, offer
letters, and reports
6. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to HR planning
7. Ensure compliance with the NGO's values, diversity, and inclusion policies
Note: This is an unpaid internship (the role is completely remote, offering
flexibility and hands-on experience working in the human resources domain
within the NGO sector)
