Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.
2. Support Background Verification (BGV) and other HR processes.
3. Assist with HR documentation, governance, and statutory compliance.
4. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
5. Conduct market research on HR best practices.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information.
7. Collaborate with multiple teams for smooth HR operations.
8. Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and candidate
management.
9. Represent INCREFF as a "best place to work" during the recruitment
process.
9. Always look for opportunities to automate tasks and improve processes.
